Project Overview

Create a television commercial for Keyton Sunrise Beach Village that showcases the lifestyle benefits of retirement living on the Sunshine Coast, highlighting the freedom, convenience, and community that come with having everything residents need right on their doorstep.

Challenge

Retirement living is often perceived as being focused solely on housing and amenities, making it difficult to communicate the lifestyle, independence, and sense of fulfilment that residents actually experience. The challenge was to create a campaign that felt aspirational and authentic, while showcasing the unique coastal lifestyle offered by Sunrise Beach Village.

Solution

Developed a lifestyle-led television commercial centred around the everyday moments that make Sunrise Beach special, from morning walks by the ocean and social connections with friends to staying active and embracing the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Through cinematic visuals, authentic performances, and a warm, aspirational narrative, the campaign positioned Sunrise Beach Village as a place where residents can spend less time worrying about maintenance and more time enjoying the lifestyle they've worked hard for.
